Plants

We are currently operating four plants Oil filled Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, Dry type Resin impregnated Transformers and Cast Resin transformers respectively. Each plant is an independent entity having full-fledged individual facilities for design, manufacture, material handling, testing and servicing of a wide range of transformers up to 160 MVA, 220 KV Class. The Manufacturing capacity totals 13000 MVA per year. We are an ISO 9001 - 2008 Company, accredited by ISOQAR.

Testing & Quality Controls

At each test of production various quality tests are carried out and then passed on to the next stage of production. The quality control department monitors all quality controls with proper documentation. On customer request supplementary tests are carried out and we also provide IEC certification on request. On customers requests dynamic short circuit test is carried out by reputed agencies. We have also Impulse Laboratory to Test up to 400 KV class Transformer. We have Vapour phase Drying Auto clave for Drying out Transformer Core-Coil Assembly. We have NABL accredited test laboratory to conduct all testes as per IS-2026.
